2D Work

Excited by found, recycled and everyday materials, Vicky’s large format, two-dimensional works, use repetition and pattern to express ideas in a layering process. These textured works are a bridge between her painting and sculptural explorations.

 

Painting

Working in acrylic, oil, cold wax, collage and a variety of mixed media, Vicky’s paintings examine the underlying natural structure of things. Deeply sensed examinations of organic forms.

 

Sculpture

Working in recycled metal, bronze, ceramic, organic materials and found objects, the artist creates a dialogue with nature. Vicky’s work expresses our human relationship to the natural environment.

 

Installation/Public Art

Creating art installations in nature allows the artist a deeper connection to the natural environment that she is inhabiting and exploring. Vicky holds a deep reverence for nature.
